Building Acoustics Our services include acoustic designs for all building types from housing developments to theatre refurbishments. Advice can be provided at all stages of a project from conceptual advice, intricate detailing at RIBA Stage E and practical guidance for the contractor on site. Designs can be reviewed for compliance with Building Regulations Part E, BB93 and with the newly published Code for Sustainable Homes. Where necessary we can carry out value engineering for acoustics and provide design and build advice. We have advised on various green buildings including housing developments and schools. We have carried out vibration assessments in respect of railways and construction activities both in terms of human response and building damage.
